Task: Wash or otherwise clean over 30 windows - there was not a category that accurately reflected the project to be done. First I will say that this was a truly professional service. I received a quote before work began. I received a statement of liability insurance. I was told unless the work was done to my satisfaction that I did not have to pay until it was done correctly. All paperwork was signed in my presence. The work was done exceptionally well. There was not a streak in any window after they completed the work. Rufus arrived on time and was very nice to work with. My spouse and I did our own screens. I hired Rufus to clean again in December. We received an estimate from Rufus on doing our pavers and it is in line with other estimates we have received. So we will use the guy we know - Rufus. I recommend Rufus for windows, and will write more after the paver job is over.
